Who we are
ThessGraphics, the business operating thessgraphics.gr, is the controller for the processing described here. This policy covers visits to this website, contact and quote enquiries, and the display of public reviews.

Enquiries & quotes
When you contact us, we receive the details you enter: email, name or company, message and, in the quote form, an optional phone number and service of interest. We use them to respond, clarify your needs and prepare our proposal.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract when you enquire about services, or our legitimate interest in answering general business enquiries. Required fields are necessary to handle your enquiry. You do not need to send sensitive personal data.
Messages are delivered to our business email through our mail service. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or advertising list.
Browsing & analytics
Operation and security
Pages are hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. To serve requests and protect the website, the infrastructure processes technical details such as IP address, request time, page address and browser information. This serves our legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is activated after you accept statistics. It provides visit and interaction statistics, based on your consent. We do not send the contents of contact forms to Google Analytics.
Aggregate traffic totals
We count public page requests per website and day on the server. This counter uses no cookies, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or sessions and does not link visits. It stores only the public page path, day and request count, for up to 24 months.
Optional statistics and cookies
Only after you accept statistics, we measure pages, referral source, country, device, browser, operating system, sessions, viewing time, scrolling and link actions or confirmed completion of supported forms. We do not collect form contents for analytics. The legal basis is your consent.
Optional measurement uses a temporary identifier per website and day. The IP address is used transiently to calculate it and determine country locally; it is not stored in the analytics database. Visitors are not linked across websites or days. Detailed records are retained for up to 90 days and daily totals for up to 24 months. Local country lookup uses DB-IP Lite.
Where Google Analytics or advertising tools are used, they activate only with consent for their respective category. External videos and maps load after the corresponding selection in Privacy settings.
The necessary site_privacy_v3 cookie remembers only your choices for 180 days. Optional categories are disabled initially. You can change choices or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional collection.
Google Maps reviews
This website displays public reviews of ThessGraphics through Google Maps Platform. These include the rating, text, date, public author name and, where provided, the author's profile photo and profile link. Our purpose is to present our clients' experience, based on our legitimate interest in informing prospective clients about our services.
Reviews are retrieved when the section is viewed and are not stored by us in content files, a database or a cache. Up to five reviews appear in Google's relevance order, without selection by rating. The overall rating and review count are supplied by Google and refer to the entire business listing.
The API connection is handled through Cloudflare. Profile photos load from Google, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address. We do not add cookies or browser storage to display these reviews.
If your review is displayed, contact info@thessgraphics.gr for information or to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, subject to the conditions of the GDPR. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Changes to or deletion of the original review are handled on Google.
Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Providers & transfers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, Cloudways infrastructure and email providers for communications, Google for Analytics and Maps, and the local DB-IP Lite database for country lookup. Authorised support partners may access data to the extent needed for their work.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Providers with international infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are subject to GDPR requirements, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about transfers and safeguards concerning your data.
Data retention
Retention depends on the purpose and type of data. For correspondence and quotes, the criteria are the progress of the enquiry, any engagement and the need to document or defend legal claims. If an engagement follows, records may also be retained for contractual, tax or accounting obligations.
Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table and differ from retention on analytics servers. The latter depends on service settings and the needs of their purpose. You can request specific information about retention of your data.
Detailed optional analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and daily totals for up to 24 months. Temporary keys remain only in server memory until the UTC day changes. Earlier records and essential infrastructure logs are handled separately.
We do not retain our own stored copy of Google Maps reviews. Retention of the original review is governed by Google’s terms and the author’s choices.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You may request portability where processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means. You may withdraw consent at any time for processing based on it.
Send your request to our email address. We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed because of complexity or the number of requests, we will notify you within that month. We may need reasonable information to confirm your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
The website does not use your enquiries for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. If data use changes, we will update this page and, where required, inform you specifically.
